That "jello" effect is due to the vibrations frequency being near the camera line rate or frame frequency. You'll find it will come and go more at certain revs or at certain speeds. I got it quite bad when I secured my camera to my fairing. When I mounted it to the frame most of it stopped. The trick is to eliminate as much camera vibration as possible. In a perfect world get a camera with a "optical steadyshot"
