Not too difficult, need to drill some holes to wire tie axles and axle clamp bolts
wire tie the sump bolt
lanyard , dont use the jetski type get a good 2 pin like these http://www.orientexpress.com/c-258-ignit...tches.aspx
check your tire compatability
fire sleeve for the non valved fuel lines (pre pump turbo and 99-00 ) use 1/2"sleeve for 3/8 " hose http://motors.shop.ebay.com/sch/eBay-Mot...tml?_sac=1&_nkw=fire+sleeve
Modified hi comp bikes and turbo get good race gas and tune to it, your potentially WOT for a min or 2 near the rev limiter , dont short cut your reliability for a few $
leaded fuels like c 16 are gas class , oxygenated power adders like mr109 are fuel class
traction is not like a hard surface, nor is accelleration distance limited adding weight does not make you slower, hi powered bikes will need to add weight to go fast , esp if the swingarm is longer than std, fill the swingarm with shot, and bolt on weight , 100kg is better than 50
Don't slip the front forks through the tripple clamps more than you have room for, the suspension travel must equal the clearance and some , as soon as you get off the power and take away the torque of the motor the front will use up most of the suspension with downforce from air pressure , add braking and it could get nasty
Good luck , i'm still figuring if i can run there and still have time to fly to the US , pickup the bikes and make the BUBs meeting on the 25th ;)
Greg does that mean that you would constitute a member, or are you already organised somewhere else?
