With that much wheelslip i'm not surprised your numbers are down .was it pulled forward off the rear roller and tied down hard
rotating mass is included in the calculations within the dyno software even drag from all the extra parts should be pretty much cancelled out , any correctly calibrated dyno should get the same reading in the same conditions

How much mass is in the rollers ? as an inertia dyno mine weighs 480kg
