My young bloke was similar,he started on a baby blade then jumped on a gixxer 1000 and went alright for the first year or was lucky then one day showin off pulled a wheely then screwin the throttle in second the back wheel lit up and all over red rover.broke his ankle bone off smashed all the bones in his hand,girlfriend said your an idiot and not getting another bike cause that one was a right off,and that was the end of his rideing career,i lend him the bus every now and then and the rest of the time he can only dream,oh yeah those gixxer 1000 are weapons and if you don"t respect it then they will bite you.he learnt the hard way.
