Totaly agree. Especially going to the trouble of hooking everything up and then saying they didn't even adjust anything. Doesn't sound right.
You've caught them out on a lie with that one I think.
I'd give 'em the benefit of the doubt that they'll at least find n fix the issue, if not I'd ask for my money back on the service and go elsewhere.
