As Kawasuki said without re-valving you will not gain much from the springs alone other than having your forks working range right.

Hi Shifu,
The recommended spring rate for me on their web site is 1.059 at rider 90kg and bike 240kg. As i am still 96kg I was thinking at going the 1.1kg spring, and I was only guessing the weight of my gen 2 with the Yoshi 4 into 1 exhaust system. Yes I will be re-valving as well, just a bit concerned 1.1kg may be too heavy.

Please remember that the normal setup for the road is rather soft. The extra 0.1 kg will not make as much difference but it will allow you some firmer setup without maxing the compression and a margin for drop in rate over time. I got 1.1 kg/mm springs in my Gixxer that weights only 180 kg and can still get from them 35mm sag for riding on our bumpy roads.
