I got RaceTech front springs in my Gen2. The rate 1.2kg/mm. I weigh 88 kg and they are just right. 0.95 seems a bit low for Busa with 90 kg rider. What is your rider sag?
As Kawasuki said without re-valving you will not gain much from the springs alone other than having your forks working range right.

The recommended spring rate for me on their web site is 1.059 at rider 90kg and bike 240kg. As i am still 96kg I was thinking at going the 1.1kg spring, and I was only guessing the weight of my gen 2 with the Yoshi 4 into 1 exhaust system. Yes I will be re-valving as well, just a bit concerned 1.1kg may be too heavy.
