Have you been taking down notes Pan!
Bruce not a bad launch there, about the right amount of air under your tyre. It does look like there is still air between you and the tank and your helmet and the screen though, more forward the better, less prone to wheelie and harder again you can launch.
It would have been good to have some footage of what you are doing down the other end of track, maybe next time.
Your body position should be pretty much set by the time you hit second gear, fully tucked all the way!
What gearing are you running, might have to be -1/+2 front/rear if its not already and the bike feels like it isn't accelerating as hard.
How do your short times compare?
Whats this I here about a Slick?
As Pan said some time its worthy having a breather and watching the fast boys do there thing you never know what you might pick up!
