I've done the Re-Flash hear in WA with a guy from Tokyo Motorsports and was very impressed with the advice and the way he talks with you about your options.
I'm not sure how he's going as he was involved in a mishap on his bike so not sure where he's at.. Faster Faster do you know how Brett is going with his recovery???
So hear in WA we have Camel when he's in town and Brett as mentioned above both guys know there stuff about re-flashing, I had Camel set up all the pig tails etc into the wiring harness so it's a case of just plugging in the laptop and away you go. Brett did the re-flash with a starting point from Faster Faster (Pete from Pete's Pitstop) and then Brett did the rest.
I have a KN Air Filter, Yoshi 4-2-1 with a R22 Can and picked up 15HP at the rear wheel after doing the Re-Flash, The bike now runs very smooth compared to standard and boy does it accelerate from about 5500 onwards. There was gains from bottom to top but I had the biggest gains in the midrange right through to the top, as mentioned approx 5500rpm there is about a 10HP jump from standard and then it just keeps running through to the top end in the rev range where I picked up the other 5HP so all in all I was very happy with the outcome. The bike is even better on fuel as well even when pushing hard which was really good because I could chew through the Fuel no worries before that.
Anyway have fun you have a few options and the guys that I know that sent there ECU's to Pete at Pete's Pitstop with both very happy as one has already mentioned and they have only have slip-ons so it's defiantly the way to go.
