As Blackzook said there are two adjusting 10mm hex screws with big washers at the back of the headlight assembly. One is for up-down adjustment and the other for left-right. It is a bit of the pain to get to them (need to remove the covers) and having small hands helps 
.
The problem could have been caused by ride height adjustment or even getting your suspension set properly.
