Aftermarket Triple Tree Issue / Worry

I have heli bars on mine also so it sits a bit higher again, the clutch & brake reservoir just touches the dash panel on lock (no big deal), I do have my leavers facing down bit (more comfortable to operate) if I level them out if clears ok if that makes any sense
If you drop the ignition switch over the new triple tree & line up the two small long bolts you will see what you have to do, I decided just to modify it slightly & get it over & done with,
