Just watched your vids - Amazing stuff, so you were a commercial diver? Where were those vids done? I have my advanced open water and deep dive speciality aswell, but as you know that only gets me to 40m/130ft , did i see right on the vid ..... 260 something metres!?!? Respect at that depth, i did a dry dive when training to understand narcosis, we did 55m in 3 mins, then about 2hrs decomp, i was silly as a chook!
Haven't dived since my accident 18 months ago (t-boned by hilux) due to weight gain but hopefully get back down there soon
Vid 1: 126 msw, Baku, Caspian Sea, same contractor I used to work for. Those boys are a bit slow, but probably the end of their 8 hr lockout, at least they got the spool in.
Vid 2: 278 msw, Brazil, couldn't rig his way out of a wet paper bag. A bit slow due to the water depth. Vessel; DSV Acergy Harrier, previously called the DSV Seaway Harrier that I worked off in 1985 off Ekofisk complex, Norway, North Sea.
Vid 3: 120 msw, North Sea.
Anyway, don't want to tell ya too much as this is probably being viewed by QBE's failed ex RAN Ship's Diver (Scooby Doo) who became an insurance assessor who proffesses to being a so called "Diving Expert".
