bolt in frame broken

[GRUNTMAX]

riding on saterday the bike was not the same 220 lose 240 260 geting
worse thinking head set bearing maybe . looking over the bike i found
a bolt broken in the frame under the seat ill take a pic tomoro and post
its a 14 mill bolt with a hole in it do yous think this might be a r call
or ez out and re bolt this should not happen with little kev only 67kg
