Hmm... it looks like it is not the milk as such, but what we do to the cows which produce it - hormons, genetic "improvements" etc and to the milk itself - preservatives, flavour enhancers and all the rest of that chemical crap that is the problem. Think about this - we have drunk milk since we domesticated the cows thousands of years and no one heard about the cancer - fact. Now everything edible you see in the supermarkets is ladden with chemicals. Make a connection.
The so called government does nothing about it as "curing" cancer would be a disaster. More people make living of it than dyng from it. From this whole f$*ed up "health" system, pharmaceutical companies, research centres to the advertising and money collection for finding the "cure".
And if you read about soya (all of it) I doubt whether you will touch any of the products that contain it. And agan that crap find its way into almost anything these days. Just check the labels.
