Does that mean they will be applying some standard of visual quality to the RWC? If it looks like a busted arsed rat rod will they fail it, regardless of the actually quality of the vehicle? Could this be a slippery slope down towards all "customised" bikes/cars being failed or forced into some separate registration category? Worse still I fear it could be used by insurers. If you bike is not completely stock the insurer will claim it is a modified bike and refuse payment.
I fear this does not bode well for we much maligned riders.

Maybe, (not sure, don't quote me on this) the boys and girls in blue are tired of hearing "It was like this and passed a roadworthy." A photo by said roadworthy dude, will cover his butt! Not sure! Biker
