2nd Gear Problems

Gday all, just joined up but have been reading up on this site and others about this problem since November. i bought an 05 red black new, thinking the 2 year warranty was a good idea. HA HA. 6000k on the dot it started jumping out of 2nd, Suzuki tell ya its rider abuse & to bang it, but only after the bike is in pieces (very convenient) Bent fork, bent shift rod & damaged 2nd & 6th gears. Anyway, had to pay for it myself & had 2nd gear undercut to prevent this happening again (i hope). Cant believe 2nd is the only gear not undercut & after studying my worn parts, im not surprised this happens so often. Not sure i could be bothered chasing Suzuki either after speaking to the warranty dept, their just not interested. Anyway, got my baby back now & it feels better than ever, all now. Spewin as i would have loved to have gone to jindy. <i></i>
