After you've pushed in the centre, you might need to get a blade underneath to lift them a bit but they do come out pretty easy.

Thanks for that. I have seen the videos but thought I would ask as I dont want to break anything. Are there only one type of pin used on the fairings?
The pins all work the same, except there are 2 different sizes + the ones that lock the two halves together underneath. Once you get one out you'll see straight away how they work. You won't break them and if you lose any they are a dime a dozen on ebay.
