Without intending to hijack this short thread, the issue is as much the nanny laws as the sort of people now being recruited to the police farce. In WA they are pushing a cadet scheme; this fills me with terror, as impressionable kids are to be inducted into a 'culture' and do not have any defences based on life experience to fall back on.
