This is used in context, when you talk dragracing you are refering to standing start 400m (1320ft).
When refering to Land speed for example, then Fastest refers to the highest speed reached over the amount of distance they have to run ie: 1 mile, 3 miles whatever.
Dragracing uses both mph and ET to measure vechiles and to set records.
I was waiting for BJ to bring somthing like this up.
I fully agree with you and this was my point that this is completely different category of records.

Back to the original topic - does any one know what was the highiest speed reached (and reliably recorded) by Gen 2 busa? Of course with the speed restriction removed
