Exhaust shops as they have them to fit "upstream kits" to measure and sample exhaust gas before the cat convertor. I have one here, come over Bear
Or get a collar \ spacer slightly bigger than the bolt and a longer bolt than standard, screw it into the thread and tighten against collar and it will expand the lower portion as it pulls against it and lock it in, works basically the same as a pop rivet .................use high tensile bolt and don't over do it
