Pinky, your problem is your rebound dampening(rear). As you hit the bump the suspension compresses to absorb the bump and it is rebounding too quickly causing you to be shot from the seat. You need to adjust your rear rebound so that it is harder,in other words it rebounds slower. But not too much because if you get a succession of bumps the shock will still be unwinding as you hit the next bump and this isnt a good thing either.Your spring compression has to be measured by static sag as mentioned in the thread called suss pension here.Being a sports bike its more than likely set on the hardish side, but you will have to check.A lot of people think the harder the better,on a track maybe(which is reasonable smooth)but for road use you want the suspension compliant,to be able to soak up the bumps without unsettling the bike. Its all a bit trial and error, you have to set up the bike what feels the best for YOU,not what your mates reckon.Start with the bike at std factory settings and go from there.Find a piece of road that makes the bike misbehave and play with the settings until you find what feels right to you.Its not rocket science.....well maybe it is?
