Do I need to re-dyno now that I've swapped over the headers?

I noticed that the mid pipes on the later model bikes seemed to have more of a baffle that the 99's.

Is that actually the case?

Will I have to remap?

It seems to be running the same, but not sure until I take it to the drags and see how it goes at 11,000rpm too. <i></i>
