Mate, I got a 2010 model as well with full Akrapovic system. Had an ECU flashed by Peter (fasterfaster) and have zero problems with it. The temperature drops here to 8 deg at night but the baby starts without any problems and purrs like a kitten. I sggest you senf the ECU to him to have it checked. It will be the best money spent rather than dealing with some grease mokeys at the dealer. You have it flashed already so it will not be covered by the warranty anyway.
