Well I got the radiator off and took it to a mob in Malaga who reckon its fixable...but heres the kicker...they won't guarantee the repair because it isn't welded its something they call alluminium soldering. I am a little worried that it may fail again when out on a long ride but what can you do? a new one will cost an arm and a leg and a bollock too probably. I know I will be getting a radiator guard now! Thanks for the offer Ian.
