We had a huge problem with kids riding in packs on these and the monkey bikes a while back.
The local Council working with Police did a blitz and made it quite clear that the riders will be fined and three strikes meant the bike was seized and destroyed.
The local papers ran articles and photo's of quite a few bikes being piled up and crushed for scrap metal. It only took a couple of months before they were a thing of the past.
