Come on all you fence-sitters (keep sitting there & ya gonna end up with SPLINTERS!!! lol).
There are 4 DATES to choose from....if you can make ANY of them with no probs....juz pick ur PREFERRED weekend (or more ideally....the weekend that the MAJORITY can attend)!
If we can get a CLEAR majority vote on ONE particular date for THIS year....it would be good to seriously consider LOCKING IN that particular weekend (for example only: the 1st weekend of Dec.) for the next couple of years, to provide some consistency AND make it easier for members that have problems with work commitments (am I the only club member that needs to give a minimum 12 months notice for any leave from work?!?)
It would ALSO allow the Tathra Beach Tourist Resort to provide MAXIMUM accomodation levels for us if we can guarantee them a huge crowd on a solid date each year!!!
All of your personal opinions on this matter would be highly valued to me.....
