Guys if you're using firefox (which you should be) you can follow this link to download a simple application that allows you to download any flash video you're watching.
It can also extract the audio and convert it to mp3 on the fly (not sure about windows, works in linux).

Once installed go to the website where your video is, there'll be a new icon that looks like three coloured balls rotating, which indicates the addon has detected a possible video download, just click the icon and select download.
Works on porn sites too, before you ask...
