So do they all have locks ?

Rod they all have clasps which close the case to a water & air tight state.
They have a position where a padlock can be fitted to lock it closed. If you look at the photos you can see that each case has 2 lock positions. 1 case has them on the inside of the clasps & the smaller case has them on the outside of the clasps.
