But I will comment on one point of the NBN that people haven't picked up on at this stage. They have had to make changes to the Trade Practices Act to enable this deal to go through. They will have a total monopoly, every provider will have to go through the NBN. Putting this another way, we will have a communist govt. having total control (including its pricing and content) over this very important means of communication.
Didnt we have just one government owned telocomminication company called telecom that had a monopoly on the marketplace. This became telstra wich we owned and then was sold back to mum and dad investors by your good mates the liberals.
