I'm $22K out of pocket because the ex hid his $180K redundancy, then has gone on the dole. Before you all take his side, you would be pleased to know that he is a woman basher (experienced that first hand), and kiddy fiddled his own child during a contact visit!

C$A are not interested in chasing the money because of his "low income". In his own evidence he has stated that he spends $10K a month on himself.

Babybusa, we might be going our Ex's, but only on ligit grounds, I feel for you if you were in that situation because I do not condone such thugery. You would have no idea how much crap even men have to go thru. My Ex deliberitly harrased, assulted me in order for me to strike back, but I didn't. So for every Bastard Man there is out there you will find a Bastard Women too. All I am saying is what is not fair about certain cercimstances, mainly mine.
I am in a current relationship with a women with four children who recieves NO support from her Bastard Ex who sits on every benefit that exists. He is a bludger and He thinks its OK and he still to this day try to push for more benefits. She has self funded, plus social benefits and supported her kids for the last seven years and continues to do so. The Centerlink department even has the ordaisity to harras her about HER employment and is always attempting to push her to increase her income, yet she does the best she can.It stinks , Thats all. This Bastard Labor Govt needs to be taken out. But we have too many sheep in this country, I bet those dopes who voted them in would not even admit they vote labor.
Just laying out my point of view, not having a go at anyone else.
