4in to 1 change ?

My gen 2 has a 4in1 system with yoshi can . If i was to take system off and replace with 4into 2 with yoshi cans will the bike need to be put on dyno it does have 2 power comanders 1 fuel and 1 ignition .
Or take power comanders out as well and get ecu flashed ?

If your going back to 4-2 just pull the PC off it will be fine
If your keeping it & what it spot on re-Flash heaps better nothing can go wrong with it, (did I tell you I HATE Power Commanders )
