in that case id at least look at just removing the pc's. we took a 4-1 system off a bike up here that had a tuned pc on it and replaced it with all stock headers and mufflers and it ran like a pig, disconnected the pc and it ran like stock again as they do. sorry i cant offer anything more technical than that mate.
