Its a service they provide in the building they manage or own,if one does not like what they offer go else where.

You're correct Ruben. They own / manage the building & have total control over what happens.
Even the car space rental contract says that they can change their mind at any time regardless of you paying $580/mth for the space.

The only hope we may have had was if the DA included mention of Motorcycle parking spaces, but alas it does not. If it did then the council could force them to comply.

I've written to the Lord Mayor with no response. I've also written to David Hinchliffe (member for Brisbane), he responded at 10.30pm last night saying that the council have no durisdiction & it's a matter between users & management.
