Idle Rises When Hot

Idle Rises When Hot

Hey all,
Rode the black beast to Tamworth on the weekend and noticed that when I'm stopped (at lights or whatever) that the idle rises from about 1200rpm up to about 1400-1500rpm. Can anyone tell me what could be causing this?
