anybody know/seen this drag katana around?

Went to the local boat yard to buy a lil tinny to do a lil spot of fishing but some how came home with a turbo, methanol sucking katana prob is i need help to find the builder/rider of this beast. anybody seen or know of this bike? all i know it's from the east coast. thank you
