HELP .....
Doin the job know .. Or trying to.
Have got the pump out of the tank but cant see how it comes apart. I have an outlet pipe, but I cant find any inlet. I'm a bit worried about breaking something ..

I just stumbled on a thread (American forum I think) with a picture exactly the same as my pump .. and a warning that this pump is not to be tampered with
. It also says the filter unit is "specially designed" and shouldn't need replacing until about 75000 miles .. mine has 43000 ks. Do different models have different pumps ?? or is mine just a weirdo ???. My pump / filter has the suzuki emblem stamped into it so Im assuming its not an aftermarket job ..
I think Ill reassemble, give the power connections a clean with contact cleaner and take to the doctor if symptoms persist ...
