Looks to me like the bike is inside the building alignment being on the other side of the support pylon. This means that you are parking on private property, not on a public street....in which case you can't be given a ticket.
I'd defend it...
If you want to make absolutely sure you can check the street boundaries with the local council in the area where you were given the ticket. They will have diagrams.
