Just offering options. I was one the first put a HID headlight on a Hayabusa, and was advised to link an on/off switch to it, so it could be switched off for starting up the bike. Even if you upgrade the starter clutch, it might still be a good idea to do that as well.
I've also put LED lights on rear drive/brake lights and indicators back and front which would bring the power drain from lights down by about 75%+ if the headlight is switched off, and about half the power consumption of OEM when riding along which helps the battery and gives a bit more room for thngs like an alarm or heated grips/rider wear etc...
