The OH&S people are getting out of control at head office - We're not allowed to fill the ice cube trays in the rooms anymore, the guest has to do it for themselves so that they can be confident that the ice is "pure"
Guess what the first thing that we get asked for?

As they say - don't eat yellow snow!
