It's all for our safety.
As road users car or motorcyclists are not represented. Certainly we do not have representation or ability to lobby Politicians at a level exercised by insurance companies who I am sure would be happy to carry no risk. Government on the other hand see motorists in general as an easy target for quick cash. Interesting to read WA introduction for new front and rear speed camera's that revenue is expected to tripple from speeding fines. Even I am impressed at the lives this will save.

Up here in central qld,the powers that be don't bother fixing the roads they just drop the speed limit to 90 or 80. that goes for 40 & 50 K's in place, absolute PIA.
