Leave it in the sun for a bit to warm them up then get a hairdryer to keep heating them up and peel them away. Once they are hot and the glue starts melting the decals come off relatively easy.

For the left over glue gunk left on the panels you can use Eucalyptus Oil or Ti-Tree oil which disolves it and it just wipes off.
