You may as well throw in 90 weight gearbox oil so it's nice n stiff so when ya cornering hard and hit a pothole, if ya lucky or bought the White Power where you could adjust it stiffer the dreaded death wobbles might not kill ya. ! READ PLEASE
As for somebody's advice on Training---Total Crap---Nobody or no god damn riding school can train ya for the "Death Wobbles".
Knowledge---yeah, it helps. Experience----#1
