Ok, I'm going to weigh in here even though I said I was done. Throwdown, you've quoted from two separate threads there, Blackzook didn't say 'f*** off out of Australia' and I very much doubt he would. He did say dickhead though. Please be careful, he isn't guilty of what you are accusing him of.
This response isn't to you Throwdown (nice to have you back incidentally), it is to everyone. I started this thread in response to several members who sent me PMs and messages on facebook complaining about the tone of a thread. I said something on that thread and then started this one to judge the feeling of the members. I was then left swinging by the people who are happy to complain behind the scenes but are cowards when asked to stand up and actually say something. Yes, there are bullies on this site and yes they shit me, but there are only a few.
What I'm getting from this thread is two things. The fuckwits are happy with the status quo. Why wouldn't they be, they created it. Other members are calling for people to stand up and say something if they don't like it. I think that is the way to go, and that is what I was asking for in this thread.
If you don't like something, STAND UP FOR YOURSELF and say something. I do and I get regularly howled down, but it doesn't worry me. I have zero respect for those people anyway. A harsh word from someone I care about will floor me, but not these idiots, it is funny rather than anything else and a real insight into people who think A Current Affair is actual news.
The status quo only exists because you let it. If you don't like something, moderate it yourself by saying something on the thread. The board will survive it.
