Finally got original crash bars for the six. It's looking and running sweet now. Took both bikes for a kill yesterday. I've joined the CBX club and will put "club vintage plates" on it asap. Had some guys stay the other night on the way to the VJMC rally. I was jealous.
It's funny to read the blurb of others with CBXs - some say they're comparable to modern bikes.
Riding one after the other is just insane, the busa is from another universe!!
The CBX is a beautiful bike to ride, I will really enjoy owning it, but it sure ain't a 'busa. - Feels like when you were a kid slipping on an old pair of your Dad's slippers, comfy, gave you a fuzzy feeling, but were sloppy and you slipped all over the place and couldn't walk very fast for fear of coming out of them.
- now back into therapy for me.
