Hey if your watchin it directly from a Website VLC player will not help.

Your internet connection will be to slow most likely and the only way you can get around it is if you have the ability to pause it like you can do in youtube.

Let the whole movie buffer up/download first then you can watch it.

Also there is a website cant remember of the top of my head but if you add its web address with the youtube link or similar.

It will actually extract the video and you can save it.

Give google a go.
