Mate that is very poor chain matainence, don't make me send the chain

My copper/silver 99er has 45k on the clock & is on original chain & sprockets & still like new with plenty of adjustment left, no bad tight spots, the rear sprocket's good & when I had the cases done by Victor Suzuki at 32,000 I am sure he would have told me if the front sprocket was F*cked.
I have always used shell advanced chain lube & my rule is the first bit of shiny on the rollers ya lube the F*cker.
I do it on rear stand in 1st with motor running preferably when chain is warm. (keep hands well away from chain & sprocket & count your fingers before & after)
The can has a thin tube on the nozzle so hands are well WELL away from chain & I still have all my pinkies

It goes shiny quicker in wet weather riding so if you do it every 1,000 kms or so you could be wrecking your chain/spockets

Maybe it is my gentle style of riding

Isn't it Ironic that my Favourite Stretch of Tarmac is called C.O.P.
