SMH News - Speed doesn't kill

Its not speed that kills, like most have mentioned, but a sudden change in speed does kill, eg speeding up really fast, or slowing down really fast. It is just the case that on the roads it's "rapid deceleration that kills". But that doesn't have the same ring to it!
