There was exactly the same argument on another forum late last year.
Actual speed has nothing to do with it.

The problems are;
People that have no clue about the limitations of the vehicle they are operating.
People that have never been correctly taught how to drive
People that can't read the traffic or the road conditions, and then drive accordingly.
People that think they are indestructable

All of the above = people that can't drive

Correctly taught: Been riding bikes since 1973 & on the road since 1976, never needed teaching by some stupid RTA Instructor & never will.
Limitations: Unlimited pending on road conditions.
Nobody is indestructable when they get wiped out by a drunk driver.
Can't read the traffic; What, are you a mind reader of drunk drivers are you ???
