Not to mention having your bike impounded under the Hoon Laws. Not sure of the full storey but a BKing has been confiscated after the guy had 3 warnings for a fender elliminator and aftermarket pipes.
Lots of other storeys about minor infringements turning in to a disaster. 4WDer labelled as a hoon for his oversized tyres.
I'm not saying it's wrong it right just that there is a risk when modifying these days.
