Riding Boots - any bad ones?

Finally went to Sydney the other week and picked up a pair of boots (and gloves). Went to MCS Motorcycles in Wentworth Ave (in the city) and no one would come near me to serve me let alone give me some advice. Walked down the road to Action Suzuki (also in Wentworth Ave) and got served straight away and got some excellent advice also (hence I bought gloves as well) - I wish I could remember the guys name to give him a big rap.

Ended up going for a pair of Alpinestar SMX-5 boots and Alpinestar GPX gloves. I can't give any feedback on them yet as it has been raining ever since I got back 'to Bundy. But I would like to again thank everyone for their advice and recommendations.
